1 Update Your Smart TV Software

Starting with the latest system software ensures the best compatibility with IPTV apps and prevents playback errors. Manufacturers frequently push updates to Tizen and webOS throughout 2026.

For Samsung: Go to Settings → Support → Software Update → Update Now.
For LG: Go to Settings → All Settings → General → About This TV → Check for Updates.

4 Sign In with Your TVNADO Login

When you open the player app for the first time, it will ask you to add a user profile or playlist.

Choose Login with Xtream Codes API (the most common and reliable method).
Enter a profile name, for example, “TVNADO”.
Using your TV remote, carefully type in the Username, Password, and Server URL exactly as they appear in your welcome email. (Note: They are case-sensitive).
Click Add User or Login.

If your chosen app only supports playlists, select M3U URL instead and paste the playlist link from your TVNADO subscription email.

5 Load Channels and the TV Guide

After a successful login, the app will download your channel list, movie library (VOD), and the Electronic Programme Guide (EPG). This may take a few minutes the first time.

Wait for the loading process to complete. Do not close the app.
Navigate to Live TV to browse categories like Sports, Movies, and News.
Open the EPG / TV Guide to see what's playing now and next.
Press the Info or Options button on your remote while on a channel to add it to your favourites.

“Invalid login” or “Authorization failed”

Double-check the Username, Password, and Server URL. It is very easy to make a typo with a TV remote. Look out for missing characters or accidental spaces.
